$10.00 a class, Please bring your yoga mat & water. We offer discount packages as well.

Trainer: Denleigh Grniet is an
ACE certified personal trainer for over 10 yrs. She is Yoga Fit® trained; Body Balance Pilate's certified, AASD Nutritional Specialist and is a marathon/running coach.
