Shipping Rates and Methods
 
 
 
Our orders are shipped UPS and USPS. If you would like your item shipped differently please let us know. We do offer overnight shipping for most destinations in the continental U.S.
 
Once the order ships, deliveries take between five to 10 business days. You will receive confirmation of your order. For UPS orders you will receive a tracking number so you can easily track your shipment. For the USPS you will receive a delivery confirmation.
 
The 2nd day delivery charge is derived from adding an additional $9.00 to the standard shipping price. 
For overnight orders we have added an additional $13.00 to the standard shipping price.
 
On heavier items additional shipping charges might apply.  A note has been added to those pieces.
 
 
  • We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii although additional fees will apply based on destination, size and weight.
  • Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories cannot be tracked and may take as long as 4-6 weeks to complete delivery.
  • Carrier restrictions may prevent selected items from being delivered to destinations within Hawaii and Alaska.  
  • Most of the items available at Designcenters.com will ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.  In the cases where USPS cannot ship to a P.O. box a representative from Designcenters.com will contact the customer for an alternative address.

APO/FPO Addresses:

  •  We can ship certain items to APO/FPO destinations. Items will be delivered within 5-10 business days. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services.
  • Designcenters.com uses UPS and USPS for all overseas delivery. If you would like a differ carrier service please let us know.
  • There might be additional costs based on weight, size and destination. Customers are responsible for all dutie and taxes.
  • Payments for International orders must in be in US currency. We accept money orders and credit card payments.

  • At this time, we can only ship an order to a single destination. Please place separate orders if you have multiple destinations.

Complete the following steps:

  1. Log-in to your Designcenters.com account.
  2. On the My Account screen, click on Order Status.
  3. Click on the invoice you wish to track. You can then click on the shipping symbol under the Date Shipped column next to each item to view detailed tracking information.
  4. Packages shipped USPS display a delivery confirmation only. Detailed tracking information is not available.
  5. If you have been waiting over fifteen business days (three weeks) for your order, and have still not received it, please call us at 1-800-570-1120 or click here to email us.
