If you are not completely satisfied with your Designcenters.com purchase or gift for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days of receipt using the following guidelines:
   
Return Policy:
  •     Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package(s) to the address listed below. We recommend you use a form of traceable delivery and insure your package for your protection. Designcenters.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.

  •  Once your item(s) is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card that was used for the original transaction, which includes the cost of the item less shipping and handling fees. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles. Upon receiving your returned item(s), they will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department.  Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.  Returns that have been improperly packaged, causing damage will be refused.
  • Please return your item(s) in its original packaging and include all related paperwork to insure a prompt refund.

 Exchange Policy:
 
Due to the limited quantity and originality of our products, exchanges are handled as a return and a new order. Please follow our return policy listed above.

  • Please reference your order number in your communication.
