Rare and beautiful, each golden cell of our honeycomb brims with the concentrated nectar of thousands of flowers-just the way the bees made it.
Tupelo honey tastes buttery, and melts on your tongue. It is a unique honey that never crystallizes. The tupelo tree blooms on remote, Southeastern rivers for very few days each April and produces this rare honey. Try this paired with wine and cheeses, as part of an elegant desert tray, a hot cup of tea or with a warm biscuit fresh from the oven.
Honey was once known as "The Soul of Flowers."
The Savannah Bee Story
Incorporated in 2002 Savannah, Georgia, Savannah Bee is internationally admired for its rare artisanal honeys and natural body care line. It is our mission to provide pure, rare delectable honey and luxurious hive products while educating people about the wonders of the honey bee. Our business philosophy is based on quality and environmental responsibility. Our packaging is designed to minimize waste. We use recyclable glass and aluminum whenever possible, and when plastic is called for, we use the highest level of recycled content available. None of our body care is tested on animals. Our honey comes from small beekeepers who cherish their bees, and each of our varietal honeys is individually tested to maintain the highest quality standards possible. We want our products to soothe, inspire, and make you healthier.
